Douglas Allen
President
Mr. Allen grew up in Richardson, Texas the son of a pastor. He is a graduate of Baylor University (BS '92, MS '94) and Texas Tech School of Law (JD '98). He currently serves as a state district court judge in Fort Worth. Before taking the bench, he served 20 years as a federal prosecutor. During that tenure, the Department of Justice sent him to Iraq to assist the Iraqi government in re-building its criminal justice system following the fall of Sadam Hussein. He spent a total of three years in Iraq ('05, '07, '09). From 2010 to 2013, he worked in Washington DC where he met his wife, Cynthia, and in 2012 converted to Catholicism. The Allens have three children, Genevieve (9), Juliette (7), and Blaise (4) and are parishioners at St. Thomas Becket Catholic Church.
Carlos Crespo
Vice President
Mr. Crespo was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He came to Fort Worth in 2003 to pursue an engineering degree at TCU. As an engineer, he worked in construction in the energy industry in Texas, Europe, India, and Latin America. He then came back to Fort Worth in 2011 to start his MBA, once again, at TCU. Mr. Crespo then worked at Alcon Vision for 10 years. Carlos and his wife, Alee, are parishioners at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, and the proud parents of one son, Charlie (5). At Saint Andrew’s, Carlos and Alee serve as sponsor couple for engaged couples preparing for marriage.
Linky Barmore

Mrs. Barmore was born in Dallas Texas and grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland and Austin, Texas. She spent her early childhood attending the Anglican Church, where her father was ordained. After more than twenty years spent as an Agnostic fleeing the Hound of Heaven, she converted to Catholicism in 2013. In 2012 she earned a degree in music therapy with a minor in percussion from SHSU and she runs a music therapy private practice for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Mrs. Barmore also writes and releases original music inspired by her faith and family life. She, her husband, and their three daughters, Rosemary (10), Dorothy (8), and Lucy (2) are parishioners at St. Benedict Parish.
Eric Shockley
Treasurer
Mr. Shockley was born in Marietta, Georgia and grew up in Paris, Kentucky. He came to Fort Worth in 2014 to study at TCU, where he earned a degree in accounting and finance as well as his masters in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) having previously worked for Big 4 & national accounting firms and now works for a private oilfield services company focusing on accounting and financial forecasting. He has previously volunteered as a Life Teen high school small group leader. Eric is also an avid chess player. Eric and his family are parishioners at Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Fort Worth.
Christopher Wolfe
Christopher Wolfe is Distinguished Research Scholar in the Department of Politics at the University of Dallas, specializing in Constitutional Law and Contemporary Liberal Theory. He is the author of The Rise of Modern Judicial Review (1986) and Natural Law Liberalism (2006). He received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 and went on to obtain a Ph.D. in political philosophy at Boston College in 1978. Secondary fields of interest have been religion and politics and the family as a key social institution. In 1989 he founded the American Public Philosophy Institute (now the Dallas Forum on Law, Politics, and Culture), whose purpose has been to promote a natural law public philosophy in American life.
Chris is married to Anne McGowan Wolfe and they have been blessed with ten children and (so far) twelve grandchildren.
